Instructions to make Kheema Chicken:

  1. Heat a Tawa. Add oil. Add all whole garam masala's(spices).
  2. Add onions and caramelize it.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook till raw smell disappears..
  3. Add tomatoes and saute for few mints, now add all spices(masala's) and saute,sprinkle few drops of water so that the spices don't get burnt..
  4. Now add pounded chicken, salt and mix mix mix.....
  5. Add little water (chicken mince takes less time to cook) and cook the chicken till it dries. Sprinkle coriander leaves and fry further for 1-2 mints. Switch off flame and serve with pav or chapatti.....
